Pears on the other hand are another story altogether and they can have an adverse effect on your intestines and this can lead to serious constipation problems so even if you love eating pears lay off them them after you have had some.

Due to the fact that it is very low on sugar and has plenty of antioxidants and vitamin C if you have a lot of forest berries they will not add to your waistline at all and quite the contrary they will actually you help you in burning off some of that excess fat and make you more fit and healthy.
